New Haircut

Well, finally got the bathroom stuff unpacked. Found my shears. Daddy said he needed a haircut so I decided to give Gabe one too. He has had a bowl cut for a long time, and his hair grows so fast I have to trim it all the time to keep it looking clean. So I decided to take it off, and just give him a little boy cut. It doesn't look bad, but it does make him look older. OOHH, NOOO where has my Gabey Baby gone. I wish I hadn't done it, and have even shed a few tears over the resulting big boy look. Why do they have to grow up so quickly. Anyway, after the cut the boys jumped in the pool. We decided it was good timing for messy ice cream sandwiches since they can rinse in the pool. So Gabe got a treat for being so good while getting his haircut, and noah got one too.

Kiddie Pool

Well we are settling in to our new house. And for some birthday fun (my birthday) and father's day, Jason got a kiddie pool. We had a BIG time, the boys played for hours. And in the heat of the day, mommy and daddy managed to brave the icy water.

Catching up

As you know we have been busy busy lately and I have left out some great pics with family. so I am catching up today. Some of these are older but I have been meaning to post them. And some of them Jason had on his computer so I couldn't get to them.

Tweetsie and Thomas

Yesterday My sister and I took the boys to Tweetsie Railroad for "a day out with Thomas". Gabriel and Noah were each had there own little interests and they had a blast there. Gabriel loves trains, (kind of obsessed with them) and he loves thomas the train. So it was a big deal to get to meet the real thomas. Noah loves Cowboys and tweetsie railroad is the place to be for cowboys. We road all the tweetsie rides. The boys had a great time on the kiddie airplane and boats. We went to the petting zoo. And Aunt Teetee got to go on a few adult fair rides too. And we got to ride thomas twice. Noah wasn't that thrilled with the train ride, but all was well when the cowboys boarded the train and put on a wild west show.
