Let's Go

I loved this picture and I just had to share. This picture is the theme of every trip we take to a museum. Jason and I feel like we are herding cats, trying to slow them down long enough to actually see what we are looking at. But it is so much fun watching them learn, and learning a little bit ourselves too!

Virginia Air Space Museum

This was yet another day of our interesting no power holiday weekend. But we had a great time. We got to see an exhibit called Zap, that was all about different surgery techniques. Noah thought that the intestines made a great necklace, haha! They had a simulator that "shrunk" us down and we got to explore the body. I think Gabriel really believed we got shrunk because that is all he talked about when we left. And to amplify the theme of getting shrunk we watched the Ant Bully in the imax in 3-D. They also got to explore all the airplanes. Watch out air traffic control, the ehlenberger boys are in the cockpit!!!

Transportation Museum

Well with the Power out on Labor Day weekend. We spent our time visiting museums away from our dark house. The boys had so much fun at the Ft. Eustis Transportation Museum. And the best yet is it was Free!

My new Swing

YaY!!! Jason worked really hard and got my swing hung the other day. He had to take the siding down on the porch ceiling, so he could find a beam. It was a pain to do. But now I have my very own porch swing. I have ALWAYS wanted a porch swing, and now I have one and it is the prettiest swing ever.

Weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's House

We had lots of fun visiting with Grandma and Grandpa last weekend. Grandma made lots of treats, and Gabriel loved watching her cook. And Grandpa got the boys so tickled when he tried to use their feet as a phone. They were cracking up over that. Mommy got a pedicure, and Daddy and Grandpa waited for the girls in Best Buy.

YeeeeeeHaaaaww!!!

The boys love playing with thier spring horse. Noah has started taking off his hat and yelling yeehaw. It is so funny. He really loves that horse, as you can see. He gives it kisses all the time.

Clay Creation

Gabriel, my little artist, made this beautiful sculpture of mommy out of Playdough. He made eyes, ears, nose and smile. He also gave mommy a beautiful green shirt with a big bump in the front...... Wonder what that is????

Reading to the Grandbabies

Mamaw came to visit this past weekend. We had such a wonderful time. Jason and I took advantage of having a babysitter and cleaned out our garage. I major job that we did on a very hot humid day. It wasn't fun. But the boys had a great time. I just LOVE these pics of mamaw reading to my boys. What a precious moment.

Trip to the Beach

Well Mom and Heather (my niece) are visiting and we decided to take an actual trip to the beach. I have been there several times. Shopped around the beach stuck our feet in. But we had never actually taken a trip to the beach to swim. Noah and Gabriel had a great time splashing thier cousin. But we had to stay right by noah with our eyes on him all the time. He is fearless. And even after falling face first several times he still wanted to walk into the deep water.
