Jason took a week off of work to basically work harder putting up a fence. I feel a little guilty as I know I wanted to have a fence more than he did, but because I am pregnant I didn't have to lift a finger to help. Convenient, huh? Anyway, first we had these to massive pine trees taken down. The yard looks so much better without them. And then Jason invited some buddies over from work to spend the weekend pulling up the old fence. And then Sunday we had a friend and another coworker come and help dig the post holes. Sounds like fun doesn't it? Well they ordered pizza, and Sunday I cooked hamburgers for everyone. So they got food out of it. My sweet Daddy came and spent the WHOLE WEEK helping Jason put up the fence. It was a lot of hard work and long hours, but it actually got finished. Unfortunately I haven't taken pictures of the finished product yet because the yard is such a mess. But as soon as that gets cleaned up I promise I will have some more pictures of our new backyard.
